Since all of our items are customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final. However if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us directly via email at lori@1oakdesigns.net

Please note that since we do not have any control once the package is turned over to the shipping carrier, we do not offer refunds for delays due to shipping. If you need your order by a certain date, please email us first so we can let you know if that date is something we can do.
