Logo & Artwork

For the best results, vector artwork is preferred. If you don't have a vector version of your logo, that's okay! Send the highest-quality logo file you have and we'll review it to determine if it can be used.

Logos with very small details, complex elements, or certain AI-generated artwork may need to be simplified or adjusted for laser cutting and engraving. If your artwork requires significant cleanup, conversion, or redesign, an additional artwork fee may apply. We'll always let you know before any additional charges are made.

Once you order, I'll send over a quick questionnaire to get the details on your business and vision. From there, I'll put together a mockup for your approval before anything gets cut.

 (To get started on your custom sign, there is a $50 design fee, which includes up to three rounds of revisions. Don't worry—this amount goes directly toward the total cost of your sign! We want you to love your design, but if we can't quite hit the mark, we will gladly refund your sign purchase, minus the $50 design fee for our time.) 

Design Proof & Turnaround

After your order is placed, we'll gather the details needed to create your custom design. You'll receive a digital proof for approval before production begins, and we'll work with you to make sure the design is just right.

Custom signs typically require 7–14 business days for production after final proof approval. This timeframe does not include design/proofing time or shipping. Production times may vary depending on design complexity, material availability, and our current production schedule.
