HOW TO ORDER

Choose your patch options, enter your preferred beanie color(s), select your quantity and upload your logo or artwork.

After your order is placed, I will create a digital proof showing how your logo will look on the patch. Production will not begin until your proof has been approved.

Up to 3 design revisions are included. Additional revisions or significant design changes may require an additional design fee.

LOGO & ARTWORK

For the best engraving results, vector artwork is preferred. Common vector file formats include AI, EPS, SVG and some PDF files. A clear, high-resolution PNG may also work.

Not sure what type of file you have? Upload the best-quality version of your logo and I will review it.

Logos containing very fine details, gradients, photographs, distressed elements or other complex artwork may need to be simplified or adjusted for laser engraving.

If your artwork requires extensive cleanup, recreation or additional design work, I will contact you before any additional design fees are charged or production begins.

PRODUCTION TIME

Custom beanie orders generally require approximately 7–10 business days after final proof approval, depending on order size, product availability and the complexity of your design.

Some colors or larger quantities may need to be ordered specifically for your project and can require additional time.

If you have an event or firm deadline, please contact me before ordering so I can confirm product availability and timing.

OTHER STYLES & BRANDS

The Sportsman SP12 is my standard and most popular beanie, but other styles and brands may be available.
