HOW THE DESIGN PROCESS WORKS

After your order is placed, you’ll receive a short design questionnaire. Tell me about your business, branding, colors, preferred style, QR destination, and anything else that will help me create a sign that fits your brand.

This listing uses our established arch layout to keep the design process simple and the price lower than our fully custom QR signs. I’ll coordinate the lettering, artwork, and acrylic details based on the information you provide.

PREMIUM ACRYLIC UPGRADE

The standard design features a white acrylic arch with coordinating raised acrylic details.

Want more color or shine? Choose the Premium Acrylic Upgrade to add a colored acrylic arch and/or specialty acrylic accents such as mirror acrylic. Colors and materials will be coordinated with your branding and final design.

Premium acrylic colors may need to be specially ordered. If your design requires materials that are not currently in stock, additional production time may be needed.

LOGO & ARTWORK

You are welcome to upload your existing logo or artwork. Vector artwork is preferred for the cleanest results. Production-ready artwork can be incorporated into this semi-custom design at no additional charge.

Artwork requiring significant cleanup, conversion, or recreation may require an additional $25 artwork preparation fee. If your file requires additional work, you’ll be contacted before any additional charge is made.

TURNAROUND

Standard designs using in-stock materials typically have a faster turnaround. Premium acrylic designs may require additional time if specialty colors need to be ordered.

Your estimated turnaround will be confirmed after your design questionnaire is reviewed. Production begins after your final proof is approved.

Because every sign is personalized, a digital proof will be provided for approval before production begins.
