If you'd like us to incorporate your existing custom logo or branding, that option may be added for an additional design charge, depending on the complexity of the logo.

CUSTOM DESIGN PROCESS
Once you order, I'll send over a quick questionnaire to collect your business information, colors, QR code link and other customization details.
From there, I'll create a digital proof for your approval before anything is cut.
A $25 design fee is already included in the price of your sign, which includes up to 3 rounds of revisions.
Don't worry—the $25 isn't an additional fee. It's already built into the purchase price and goes directly toward your completed sign.
If we can't quite get the design where you want it and you decide not to move forward, I'll gladly refund your purchase minus the $25 design fee for the custom design work already completed.

TURNAROUND
Every sign is custom made to order.
Current processing time is approximately 5–7 business days after final proof approval, plus shipping time.

PLEASE NOTE
Because every sign is handmade and customized, slight variations may occur. Mirrored acrylic is highly reflective, so its appearance can change depending on the lighting and surroundings—which is part of what makes it so pretty!
QR codes are tested before production. Please make sure the link you provide is correct and active.
